Through Pratham Institute’s various vocational training programs, we are able to reach 100,000+ youth annually across 200+ blocks and 15 states in India. Every year 24,000 students pursue training in one of the following trades: Automotive, Hospitality, Electrical, Beauty, Healthcare, Plumbing, Construction & Welding. 85% of trained students accept placement at a job, with an average monthly income of INR 7.5K.
The team has worked with over 2000 entrepreneurs, who have been provided with financial and operational support since 2011.
